"Member"
Any person who has registered with vh999 and is operating an active account.
"Bonus Funds"
Promotional money granted by vh999, which must meet specific wagering conditions before withdrawal.
"Wagering Requirement"
The specified multiplier of the bonus amount that a member must wager before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Account Registration and Eligibility
The following conditions must be met to open an account at vh999:

- Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- The account must be for personal use only; operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

- If any personal details of the member change, vh999 must be notified immediately.

Welcome Bonus

- A deposit of ৳12,000 will receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳17,000.
Before withdrawing bonus funds, members must place 25 times the bonus amount in wagers (not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus).
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and specific conditions; these will be stated on the relevant offer page.
- A member may not claim each bonus more than once.
- Bets placed with bonus funds may not count equally across all games; some games may not contribute to wagering requirements.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, vh999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
- vh999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Prohibited Activities and Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on vh999:
- Operating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses using another person's account.

- Exploiting any system error or vulnerability; if detected, vh999 must be notified immediately.
- Money laundering or attempting to clean funds of illegal origin through the platform.
- Fraud, chargebacks or making false payment claims.
- Harassment, intimidation or abusive behaviour toward other members or staff.
- Registering using a false identity or another person's personal information.

Account Closure and Service Changes

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Before the account is closed, all pending bonus wagering requirements will be assessed and any valid available balance will be returned.

vh999 may close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If prohibited activities listed in Section 6 are proven.
- If false or incomplete identity information has been provided.

- If signs of possible money laundering are detected.
Service Changes

Limitations of Liability
