vh999 FAQ

Cashback is calculated each week based on your net losses. After the week ends, a bonus is added to your account according to a set percentage. The cashback rate differs for each tier from Bronze to Diamond — the more active you are, the more you get back. Cashback can be used directly for playing.

vh999 has five VIP tiers in total: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (0.6%), Gold (0.9%), Platinum (1.2%), and the top Diamond tier with up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Each tier offers an exclusive experience, and the benefits grow as you move up.

Along with cashback, VIP members receive priority customer service, access to special promotions and exclusive offers, and may get early access to new games. At higher tiers, benefits such as personalised support and faster withdrawal processing also become available.

Playing regularly and staying active on the platform gradually moves you up to higher tiers. The more games you play and the more actively you participate, the faster you progress toward the next tier. Detailed information about tier progress can be seen from your account dashboard.

Yes, any player can reach the top Diamond tier through regular and enthusiastic participation. This is vh999's most exclusive tier and offers the highest benefits, including up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Patience and consistent activity are the key.

In a live dealer game, a real dealer runs the game from a studio via a live video stream. Instead of computer-generated results, real cards, wheels, or dice are used. It gives you the feel of a live casino from home and ensures transparency in the game. Providers such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi offer this service.

In Baccarat, you bet on whose hand — the Player's or the Banker's — will be closest to 9. Each hand is dealt two cards, and a third card may be dealt according to the rules. 10s and face cards are worth zero; all other cards count at face value. If the total is a two-digit number, only the right-hand digit counts.

Two types of bets can be placed in Roulette: inside bets (on a specific number or small group) and outside bets (on red/black, odd/even, high/low numbers). Inside bets pay more but have a lower chance of winning; outside bets have a higher chance but pay less. Outside bets are easier to start with for new players.

Yes, both Teen Patti and Andar Bahar are available in live format at vh999. Teen Patti is a three-card game where you bet on the strongest hand. In Andar Bahar, one card is placed in the middle of the table and you guess whether the next matching card will land on the 'Andar' (left) or 'Bahar' (right) side — it is a very simple and fast-paced game.
